Digitise and check

Digitise question papers, and have every answer checked

Webodhi turns scanned question papers and PDFs into online tests, and does not just copy them. Its AI reads each question, solves it on its own, and compares its answer with the printed answer key. When they disagree, the teacher sees both and chooses. Diagrams are cropped from the scan, equations are written as LaTeX, and every question is tagged by subject, chapter, topic and difficulty. Nothing is published to your private question bank until a teacher confirms it.

How every question is checked

  1. 01Read: question text, options, answers and worked solutions come off the page. Equations are written as LaTeX and checked for errors, and diagrams are cropped straight from the scan.
  2. 02Solve: Webodhi solves every question itself, without relying on the printed answer.
  3. 03Compare: the answer key, any mark on the paper and the AI's own solution are compared. Each answer is labelled with its source, and any disagreement is flagged with what each source says.
  4. 04Tag: every question gets a subject (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology), chapter, topic and difficulty (Easy, Medium or Hard). Difficulty follows exam-specific guidance for JEE Main, NEET and KCET.
  5. 05Confirm: everything arrives as a draft. A teacher reviews the text, answers and diagrams, resolves flagged answers and removes any logo or watermark caught in a crop. Only then is it published to the private question bank.

Where a paper has no answer at all, the AI's solution fills it in, labelled as AI-solved so it is never mistaken for the printed key.

What you can upload

Drop, paste or choose files, then pick the pages to process. A history screen keeps every digitising job, so a teacher can check progress, resume or restart a paper later. For large stacks of papers, batch processing costs less and returns results within 24 hours.

  • PDF files and images (JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF), up to 50 MB per file.
  • Photos of printed papers taken on a phone. Straight, well-lit photos give the best results.
  • Answer-key and solution pages, which are used to fill in and check the answers.

A second safety net after the exam

If more students choose another option than the keyed answer once a test is taken, Webodhi marks the question "Check key" in the analytics, so a teacher can verify it before results go out.

What it costs

Every plan includes AI pages each plan year: 1,000 on Starter, 10,000 on Pro and 20,000 on Campus. Extra pages cost ₹500 per 1,000 pages on any plan. Unused pages do not carry over to the next plan year, and pages that produce no questions are not charged.

Questions and answers

01Does Webodhi check the answers, or just copy them?

It checks them. The AI solves every question on its own and compares its answer with the answer key and any mark on the paper. If they disagree, the question is flagged and the teacher chooses the right answer. Nothing is published until a teacher confirms it.

02Can Webodhi convert a PDF question paper into an online test?

Yes. Upload the PDF, pick the pages, and Webodhi's AI extracts each question with its options, answer, solution and diagrams, and tags it by chapter, topic and difficulty. After a teacher reviews the drafts, the questions can be used in an online test straight away.

03Does it work with photos of question papers taken on a phone?

Yes. Upload the photos as JPEG, PNG or WebP images. Straight, well-lit photos give the best results, and every question is reviewed before it is published.

04How much does it cost to digitise a question paper?

Each page of a paper counts as one AI page. Every plan includes some each year (1,000 on Starter, 10,000 on Pro, 20,000 on Campus); after that, extra pages cost ₹500 per 1,000 pages plus GST. Pages that produce no questions are free. Teachers on their own digitise their own papers free within fair use.
