Which college plan costs less?

Starter suits colleges that test now and then. Once students take more than about 50 tests a year, a package costs less.

How often do they take tests?
A year, before 18% GST. Paper (OMR) exams and AI pages beyond your plan's yearly pages are extra.

Questions about pricing

01How much does Webodhi cost?

On Starter you pay ₹2 per student per exam, at least ₹10,000 a year, for any number of students. Unlimited exams on Pro cost ₹100 per student a year for up to 999 students, billed for at least 150 students, so it starts at ₹15,000 a year. Campus has lower rates for larger colleges (₹90 for students 1,001–2,000, ₹80 for students above 2,000). Prices exclude 18% GST.

02Is there a free trial?

Yes. Pro and Campus start with a 14-day free trial with 25 AI credits. Trial AI credits pay for digitising and are counted over the whole trial, not monthly. Starter needs no trial: there is no subscription, and you pay only for the exams you run. Teachers on their own start with a 7-day free trial with 15 free question credits.

03How are the plans billed?

Pro and Campus are billed yearly. Starter is paid from a prepaid wallet as you use it; the smallest top-up is ₹10,000.
